I need someone to watch my security cameras.
You don't have to take all of the hours but the cameras need to be watched from 11am EST to 8pm EST during the week. Saturday 10am to 9pm and Sunday 12 noon to 6pm.
You also don't have to be watching 100% of the time. This isn't really a full-time job- I just need someone to glance over once every 15 minutes or so to see what is happening.
Your job would just be to make a note of when the person on the camera leaves their post and when they return back.
This job won't pay much as it isn't much work, it is just meant for someone who is already at their computer during this time anyway to earn a little bit more.

Depends really on the pay scale, i say this because you're asking for someone's time 7 days a week. If i was you include what the pay rate $/hr.

Are you willing to break up the shifts? I wouldn't mind taking a couple-hour block on the weekends!
I will be able to pay $1 per hour. (9 hours available weekdays, 11 Saturday, 6 Sunday). In total $60+ for a week if you took all of them.
Again, this can just be playing in the background on another monitor that you glance at every once in a while. This isn't something that requires your full attention.

This would be a solid idea for OP. Wouldn't something like this already exist with some security cameras?

I can get notified of movement on my current camera system but I want to track things like cell phone use as well.
