I need someone to help with my google ads account. It's been banned for months for no reason and I need help with the appeal process. If anyone has any knowledge on this process it would help out a ton. Thanks!

This isn't my first time trying anything btw. Their support is garbage and everything online that I've tried doesn't work.

says "suspicious payment activity". #1 reason that people get banned for this is because the same card is on multiple ad accounts. Which is not the case for me.

And there are no suspicious payments on the card, just shopify + whatever services im using charge me.

late july I tried signing up for my brand, and was instant banned. been banned ever since. reached out to support 100 times. done like 10 appeals. its ridiculous.

Something similar happened to my Google Business page. Banned me because of the reviews i was getting in (legit).. But they did allow me to appeal and I was able to provide detailed info and was reinstated within a day.

Interesting, I do have loox reviews on. What info did you provide in the appeal?

Contact your google rep or continue to use the email support option. That is how I resolved all my issues and clients of mine who had their accounts banned.

With Google you need incredible patience and persistence. Are you able to post your appeal letter? You can edit out the PI.

Are you providing relevant and accurate information in the appeal? And you're doing so right through the account, on the Google Ads platform, right? I've never had a client account not get un-suspended. And I've seen this happen numerous times. To the same client, in back to back weeks, even. In all cases the client's account was unbanned and resuming ad spend within a couple hours of appeal submission.

Are you talking about a adsense like to make money off your website? Or adsense where you put ads onto the google network to be displayed on websites?

What kind of shopify store? Are you selling weed or weed products? Google might not permit it.

i want to use google ads to compete for search results with other brands

also no its a supplement brand but it has nothing to do with substance like that

Yep, providing as much info as I can, through the account it was banned on.

I think the issue may be because I don't have a physical address + phone number on the website? It could be the issue.

Do you think there's a competitor that paid them off to not allow you to promote your stuff?  Stuff like that does happen.

Highly doubt that, my brand is not big enough to attract people with big money like that. Also I have 10+ competitors who are all competing for the same spot on google.

But that would be wild.
