Deadline is tough,

I would be able to complete this job in Node/Angular & take care of devops.

If I only have to deal with the backend & devops (selfhosted, dedicated, microservices, clusterised, AWS, Azure ...) i'll quote you anywhere between $3500 & $4500 depending on if the features list above is exhaustive or not.

frontend would be another $2500, but if you can get another guy for the job it would secure the deadline a bunch more.

Prices can seem high but this is much less than what I would quote IRL and the deadline is short. I'm a freelance fullstack dev in France, CTO & owner of a $6.000 MRR B2B SaaS so I know my shit and can prove it in a meeting. Everything would be done from scratch with GitHub CI for daily updates/dev deployments.

Can't be done well in that timeframe. Not if you want it built from scratch and it's a one-person job. If you use a good open source project as a base it's doable. I can't go as low as the highest quote I've seen in here but I've been an SWE for 15 years and I work for a company you've heard of.
