so i've been trying to test hack a server, used proxychains to stay anonymous.
put 3 proxies, plus the default tor one.
so before the first scan i forgot to activate tor but still had the other proxies, i checked my ip on google through the proxy and it seemed to work
is there a way i might have been detected if tor wasnt active?
also when i did activate tor i noticed to of the proxies i had where returning timeout, so i only proxied through the default tor, and 1 other, is that enough?
one more question, i did a nikto scan with proxychains, and it never finished by itself, it did give me some info, but eventually it just started returning this repeatedly: [proxychains] Dynamic chain ... 127.0.0.1:9050 ... serverurl.com:80 ... OK
is this how its supposed to go?
