Anyone else here into old and odd vintage production library music here, like KPM, DeWolfe, and Bruton libraries? Some of these tunes are rather familiar, like "Funky Fanfare" by Keith Mansfield (look it on on YouTube) was a jazzy 1970's era KPM track widely known for being over the "Feature Presentation" bumper seen on Quentin Tarantino's faux trailers in "Kill Bill" and "Grindhouse." Another notable tune is the Monday Night Football theme (link: , which was in fact a library track from KPM called "Heavy Action" by Johnny Pearson (also can be found on YouTube). These are just a few well known/notorious examples. There are tons more. I like to dab in some of the old obscure tracks for their vintage vibe. Make no joke, although they are meant to be royalty free, these bands and composers put together some great tunes. It's the perfect kind of music for vaporwave samples or "porn groove."
I share quite a bit of this stuff on Soulseek and have a few friends who are engaged in collecting the vinyl albums to digitize the tracks.
