Is anyone else frustrated with Gmail's shittiest email threads handling? Like if convo goes beyond 5-6 replies over few days, I literally can't find the newest reply sometimes. Its all jumbled up & down. Don't even know how its ordered its just frustrating.

Outlook is far better in this. Why can't they just order according to time? Latest replies being on TOP.

Or is there some setting I am missing?

Yes I have experienced this issue myself. Some content gets collapsed and pretty hidden so you have to pay attention when following a multi convo thread.
