Still looking for people. Thanks
How far along are you in this project? I found the website for the project, but it at least for me has issues and seems like you guys are still in the beta stage. It looks like a potential promising project though if it works as the website says
hmu if it's paying work i can send you over my resume

Inactive, I don't sell products anymore. Please do not message me.
Just here to occasionally lurk.

We have a working product for both Discord and web application. I just need collaboration managers. Yeah, the website's a bit funky, I've just been having some issues with developers working.

Pretty sure I hired you to do something and you just randomly started ignoring me and stopped replying. So, no thanks lol
Still need. Help a brother out!
Hey there,

I’m a professional React developer with quite a-lot of experience in web3 and EVM blockchains.

You’re welcome to reach out and share some details.

Eager to hear from you!
This can seriously print money. So many of you are missing out because you think of the short term
I'm still waiting for you to message me back.

Is this a paid job or is it a "paid with profits when it makes money" type of thing?

The project is being entered into a Hackathon in three days. There's like 40 different tracks to participate in. It's almost a guarantee that I win due to the nature and growth potential of my project.
See here: https://www.sandstormhackathon.com/

We could also enter in different tracks if we change some code up or add more features which wouldn't be hard or really time consuming.

After the Hackathon, I will push full force into releasing the project. It will make money- it's guaranteed. One reason why I don't pay first is because working this way makes people actually grind and see the value in the project. It kind of forces people to look at the bigger picture instead of focusing on making a small amount of money.

So unpaid. Good luck in the contest and hope you find someone to join your team!

Thank you brother, I appreciate the kind words...

I will pay out regardless whether we win or lose. Also, it's a good opportunity for a longterm project. I hate having to hire new developer after new developer. Then they say they can't work around the old devs code. Absolute pain in the rear. Everything's done for the most part besides some frontend additions (payment integration and some cosmetic stuff). What I'm asking for wouldn't take more than 2-3 days. Then, I can onboard a permanent developer who manages my projects and becomes part owner). I've found one developer so far who understands the profitability of the project. Hopefully he's a good fit, but I'm always looking for more.

It'll definitely be harder for you to find good developers by refusing to pay up front. Probability of projects get blown out of proportion on a daily basis and active developers avoid "Will pay from profits" type of jobs like the plague.

Regardless, good luck!

Agreed. Hell of a challenge for sure, but it has definitely paid off in some aspects. I don't like to hit it and quit it. I like to make things last. Just like our convo :)
