Earlier this month, a judge ruled that prosecutors had presented enough evidence during a preliminary hearing to move forward.
DePape is still being held without bail; his state case returns to court Feb. 23. A federal case in which DePape has also pleaded not guilty is also ongoing.

The conspiracy theories which sounded crazy at the time was that this was some gay trist that Paul Pelosi had with a stranger that had gone wrong. Wow so they released the body cam footage? I gotta check that out. The whole situation was weird, especially when they were saying that there were others in the house and security while the suspect was also there and that someone else had called 911. So many people chose to ignore the facts on this and watch them now ignore the truth even though it's out there. Wild that they can get away with lying like that, but he politicians be politicking.

Yeah he showed it to me and it all tied to the same narrative.
A couple of good questions brought up were;
Where did the hammer come from?
Why was Paul Pelosi so calm answering the door and greeting the officers?
Him being in his underwear with a drink while the other man is fully clothed paints an image of gay affair gone wrong.
But dialogue from the testimony and whatnot make it seem like some extremist that wanted to get to Nancy.
But that dialogue doesn't tie in well with the cam footage shown.

Anyone got a link. I've been on a holiday with a boyfriend who got sulky if I got on the laptop or phone which is kind of fair enough I suppose because he's been spoiling me a lot. He's taking a nap now 😆 I'm still on holiday but possibly not for long depends because my city had a natural disaster in my absence and I'm trying to change my flight and on hold for hours. Listening to the airlines playlist through my hearing aids for hours.

Not really? And then that guy got the hammer and hit him in front of police? Old man was woken up and had been sleeping in a nightshirt and underwear. Some people do. The door answer was weird though. Also the 911 call he was clearly trying to call while not making the man angry.
