Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI, a leading theologian of the 20th century and the first pope to resign from office in nearly 600 years, has died at the age of 95, the Vatican announced.
RIP, hopefully he lived life to the fullest.

I'm not a Catholic, but Catholics are welcome in my Church. The Pope led a very pious life and helped many stay strong during his pontificate. I'm sure he's gone to heavenly glory. God rest his soul.
This might sound surreal but i'm from Finland and my brother went there for a vacation and right after he stepped into Catholic church there was announcement made that he passed away literally on same minute what are coincidence for things like these to happen world is sometimes crazy.

I don't believe so. Albeit, I'm sure the rise in societal moral decay, due to the attacks on the Church, has helped them enormously, in which you're no doubt complicit.

Is he the one who who would just move all the pedos around when the parents started to complain so that a much wider range of children ended up attacked?

Unlikely he had direct influence on moving them around, most likely beneath him but I’d have to assume he knew it was happening because we all knew it was happening.
