I just purchased a house last May in SoCal! Was so lucky with the interest rate. It’s 4 bed 3 bathrooms and 3000 soft and 1 story.

My office is the only place I am usually 😂 my wife takes care of the rest.

I have a rental property in the Carolinas that I visit sometimes when it’s not being rented out, which is rare. It’s 2 bed 1 bath about 1000 sq ft and two stories.

Thanks man, I’m happy here since no one bothers me haha, I’ve lived with my parents up until then. Originally bought it as an investment property but we decided to move in. It’s brand new built in 2021 in a beautiful community so I’m pretty lucky and blessed I would say.

Good luck! We had a large family and always had people over so I was getting real annoyed with that haha. I got a really nice deal for the house, it’s already jumped a lot in value but I don’t plan to sell for another few years.

I live in a house with my grandfather. It has a bathroom and the rest of the house is one square room with an opening into a sunporch that is technically separate but it doesn't have any doors or anything.


He has one corner of the house to himself, I have the opposite corner. The kitchen is between us, as well as the bathroom, and the "middle ground" which we just use for storage, really.

Most stories of success, great success, start from humble beginnings.

I kind of like it. I've lived alone a few times and I'm super clean and tidy, and make the most of my space, but here it's like I'm embracing the small untidy area because it will be a great thing to look back on if I ever make something out of myself.

I may buy the house later in life and keep it for memories sake. It has a great yard.

I live in a house (140 squaremeters).

1 bedroom, 1 livingroom, 2 entrances (ground floor and basement), 1 big kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 washing room, 1 big room which can be turned into to bedrooms).

And then I have about 800 squaremeters garden.

Perfectly fine for me :)

For the record - I own it.

1% mortage, 30 years. - it's basically cheaper for me to live there than rent a way smaller apartment. And this goes into a part of my retirement plan. As I only plan living here for a few years more and then rent it out.
