Are you scared of flying?

Title says it all.

I got a flight in about 1.5 weeks, nothing long just a domestic flight to Orlando from Cleveland. I've flown before, long flights too 6+ hours. I've been across sea's to Europe and to LA from North Carolina.

Personally, I've always been interested in aviation and have an interest in planes since a young age. Personally, flying isn't really comfortable considering you're in a metal tube 30,000 feet up in the air but I'm never really nervous/scared. Turbulence doesn't even bother me. When I'm in the plane and it starts to move and go up, at that point I kind of accept that here I am and can't do anything about it now so what's the point of being scared lol.
Before my first flight I was not afraid, but it was a weird feeling, now I fly 12 hour flights every 3-4 months and it's completely normal

Where are you flying too? That's quite a long flight.

....this site is full of skids. No one is out to get you nor would they have any idea who you are considering there is millions of flights a year. But whatever.
It doesn't scare me. If the metal tube in the sky decides to face-plant into the earth i'm dead. Best to relax and not think about it.
Nice to meet ya.
Not anymore.

I used to be afraid of flying.. Or rather of dying.

But I've been working a lot with my self and my anxiety, so now I actual enjoy it.

I fly at-least once a month if not more, flying is only scary when there is serious turbulence

Statistically more likely to die in a car accident than on an airplane

This, the most dangerous part of flying is getting to and from the airport.

I flew 5-6 times in 2022, awful experience don’t recommend(flying that much not the flight). If your plan has first class it makes the ride better(unlimited drinks).

Of course I am, just think about all the things outside your control that can abruptly end your life. And worse yet, the last thing you'll experience if things go wrong is hundreds of screaming idiots. I don't care about stats, in my own car I can do quite a bit to avoid reckless drivers. I fly a lot regardless, but I avoid certain planes, airlines and routes

I enjoy flying, it's very surreal, little scary if you think about it too deep but I don't hear much of planes having issues.
No, but I think most of society is paranoid about flying that's why there's so much unnecessary security at airports. They treat you like pothead convicts, it just goes to show how non-Christian society has lost its freedom.
