Hashed password

Hello,

If i have password hashed that way: eE4vYUhCQWVWMDRISZNHYmhxTnRWQT09
Is it possible to decrypt it? If i known decrypted value would i be able to decrypt other passwords from database?
Hash appears to be DNSSEC(NSEC3). I didn't even know DNSSEC used hashes or databases. I would say that this isn't possible to decrypt, no more than decrypting a TLS key (not TLS-encrypted data, the key itself).
Hashes can never be decrypted. They are mathematically not reversible to their original value. They can only be found by guessing what the original value is and then hashing the guess to see if it matches.
