No, just amazon. It's fairly common for amazon to suspend an account and ask for billing information for any purchases made with amazon gift card balance.
After testing I have found the best ways to avoid all of that easily with 100% success rate.

They're from old website data base. I have a huge list of gift cards list, I keep checking their balance and find the ones that people didn't use (most likely forgot about).
