So, I've been hearing a lot about Bitcoin faucets lately and I'm wondering if it's worth getting into them in 2023. I mean, is it still a thing? Can you actually make some money from it or is it a waste of time?

OP is closed but for others wondering. I don't think BTC faucets exist anymore. Back when Bitcoin was $1 or less there was plenty of them around. You'd earn .001 BTC or whatever fraction of a penny it was then and over time you'd might even make $5, which today is worth potentially hundreds of thousands.
I don't really even see faucets for shitcoins. You can run into airdrops, that's about it.

I've worked out that you can make about $1 per day if you are claiming for around 10-12 hours per day. Not at all worth it and would require around 200 claims (this was from the most profitable Litecoin faucet that I found).
