I'm looking for someone to develop a windows app (.exe) that will be able to commuicate with my server, log users in, set preferences, connect to my VPN, show some details about it - have some pretty windows and a nice layout.

Needs to be the following:
Client login
Client registration ( new account )
Once logged in: connect to VPN, view current connection (ip, dns, connections to the PC) information
Connect to VPN: load configuration from the server, this will be OpenVPN or Wireguard, based on the users selection
Choose VPN location
Show Download/Upload speed
Show ping to x locations every x seconds
Show a map, in the center, of the world with our server locations general area - clicking on these icons will connect to a random server in that location
Disconnection from VPN
Saving preferences of connection: OpenVPN/Wireguard, location preferenc (set location or random)
Port forwarding
Split tunneling of apps (choose what applications dont get tunneled)


All information will need to be handled similar to the following:

Client information encrypted with AES-256 and only decrytable by the clients HWID we will store in the database, no other device will be able to decrypt (well easily that is).
Client configuration needs to be encrypted or hashed, maybe bycrypt? and only the clients PC has the salt or key to decrypt, to be able to connect to the config file, we will not store client information on our servers, keys or salts or ciphers etc etc - no data stored

id like all of this to be similar to [censored] layout or ProtonVPN layout, just with out branding, and some features we will add in or remove


all in all its a vpn exe that lets users connect to our vpn using configurations of wireguard or openvpn based on client login and account status


We can pay some upfront, some as development happens and the rest before receiving files.

I am looking for this to be done in c++ or python (python i could edit as i see fit if changed needed to be made) but i hear c++ is way way way easier and better for a windows app - however it can be done, DM me :)

That's all and well for me, being new doesn't matter - i will DM you, please link your portfolio and work you've completed that i can go through, your github and other code-areas that i can sort out some idea of your capabilities.
