The result of this was that I made a .onion hosting a web application to do automatic email to phone lookups

do you have 0day on freedommobile.ca that when given email, if user has account, it gives their phone number

if it is in the reset password form i found it too xD you can get full phone number as recovery method to send reset code for email. you should (i’m lazy) compile all emails @ domain in leaked databases, then run it through and gather a huge combo list of of email:phone. could sell probably or at least add to breached/leaked lists like haveibeenpwnd
