A) Yes these are absolutely legitimate.
Q) What happens if the tickets do not work?
A) In case the tickets are not accepted by the airlines then I will offer a refund but there is no refund if there are schedule changes from the Airlines or a late arrival at the airport. Once the ticket is issued you're not liable for any refunds.
Q)Is it valid for international travel?
A) Yes, in countries where Air Canada and United flights operate.
Q) Can it be booked prior to 3-4 days of travel?
A) Yes it can be, but I recommend doing it before to get better pricing on the deal.
