Go to https://beta.elevenlabs.io/
Make an account and subscribe for the first month, should cost 1$
After you have subscribed, you can input a file and clone the voice within minutes
Contact ElevenLabs and tell them that you want to cancel your subscription because it didn't work for you.
If you push hard enough they will just give you the 1$ back.

You need to have pretty clear audio samples to create a good eleven labs voice profile.

Probably feasible if you are trying to replicate a celebrities voice. Probably a bit more difficult if the voice you are trying to create doesn't have any audio out there.

Tends to only work well if the person you are trying to clone has plenty of clear audio of them speaking available.

Bit tough otherwise
