This thread is about using automation to make money, then scaling it via multiple VMs.
So I have another thread about this on BHW. I'm creating VMs with low resource usage to clone and scale the income they produce.
I'm currently using 2 websites that pay for searching. I decompiled a browser extension and edited the URLs it uses, and this will allow me to add custom sites in the future when I find good ones to search. I am also using browser-based VPNs (a free one, actually). I currently have accounts for each site, 1 native and 2 virtual.
As far as TOS goes, I know for certain on one site that you're allowed 6 accounts per household. The other doesn't specifically mention it but gives payment in its own type of crypto. I make about 40 cents per day from it and 25 cents from the other account. Right now I'm at almost $2 per day overall, and that's including selling data on my cellphone and native computer through Pawns and Honeygain. I would scale them as well but don't think I will be able to circumvent the residential IP restriction without shelling out some cash for residential proxies, negating my potential profit.
So I would like to see if anyone can help me find more sites to include in my little farm. I have read several lists but most don't always pay (like $w@gb()ck$) or pay in lottery tickets. The two I use pay for each and every search with no CAPTCHAs or anything to solve.
Another thing I am doing is automating Android apps that are related to these sites. One in particular gives more per day via its android app. I am using an auto clicker/swiper app that works well but recently found a completely free one on F-Droid.
I am looking into running something like droid4x or a very low resource use android emulator on each VM in order to run maybe 1 or 2 apps, but right now I'm not.
I currently have 2 VM instances going, each running 2 browser profiles running 2 tabs with the extension. One browser profile is using a VPN. Resource use is at 650 MB of RAM out of 1 GB allotted, and 3 GB of HDD out of 4 GB allotted. I still have 16 GB of RAM free after having all of my normal stuff plus 2 VMS up, so I can run at least 10 more comfortably on my home machine. 12 VMs like this will make me about $235 per month just running the 2 sites I currrently use. I am running Tiny 7 in the VMs.
I am hoping people can chime in with more ideas. I found a few paid sites that pay you to click on specific search engine links, but I will need some sort of automation program that can recognize color changes and let me click on browser extensions in order to launch the search in the first place.
More websites that pay for searches will help a lot. If there's enough of them then I will add them all into the decompiled browser extension I'm using and share it with you all. Just enable developer mode in your browser and you can run it unpacked.

I just went in and added $B to the extension. It works and performs searches, but there's an issue: you must click a button whenever you earn points in order to claim your $B reward! I need some sort of browser automation extension that will recognize when this button exists and automatically click it. I need something like Selenium that will recognize when the button appears and select it before the next search is performed.
I added IBD to the extension and it works fine. The site pays you in scratch-off tickets so you'll have to check daily. I got 6 cents today and a $5 signup bonus, though. Something to add to the VM until I find something better.
I also tried installing Brave because it pays BAT tokens for advertisements but I can't since Tiny 7 doesn't include SP1 :( I may ultimately switch to a small linux distro running XFCE or something but am sticking to Tiny 7 for now. That's in case there's some Windows-only software out there, which I'm sure there is, that will earn me money.
