if you ever thought about it....dont EVEN THINK dealing with this guy...sold me a google acct that had a suspension for payment in it to begin with.....told me to switch ad account inside the google account (first red flag)....this other ad acct gets suspended also for PAYMENT ISSUES and this guy that doesnt want to refund and uses suppliers to get his stuff tells me its not payment issue...when its written black on white account suspended for payment issue....so even tho his ad says hes refunding payment issue keep in mind that he will NOT>!! Did you use a contract for this? if yes, you can open a dispute against him. on a sidenote, Google threshold accounts always get suspended. most of the time, they are gone even before you start a campaign.

Hey, as explained over and over again (when other sellers would've immediately blocked you when you started to become hysterical), the Google Adwords accounts can be suspended at any time for payment suspicious activities, NOT due to the payment method itself but due to the campaign you create. This DOES NOT mean that your campaign is WHITEHAT and is not subject to this condition, it matters more of the actions you do and suspicion you throw against Google with your actions, for example if you have a campaign at $40/day and raise budget to $100 -> you are flagged. This and other conditions were advised since the beginning, AND ALSO WROTE TO YOU PERSONALLY that you ARE RESPONSIBLE after you create a campaign.

^ I told you that when you do not know how things work, you're better off not speaking at all. A Google Account can be an admin of different Google Adwords accounts, each not linked to one another in terms of payments. However you refuse to listen. You said the account was flagged since the beginning, I told you click the arrow and change and after that, the message below came from you:

So as you see I've stated you over and over the facts. I'm pretty sure you haven't even followed the video guideline suggestion on how to set up campaign (otherwise I'm pretty sure you'd ask me about something you would've had unclear).

He hasn't, however on my side I can provide a 100% refund to him if an expert decides so after reviewing all the conversation between me and him. It really doesn't hurt me, however people need to learn to read and not jump to conclusions.

and that is a complete lie because i followed his video step by step didnt go over budget or anything account just got suspended for paymentafter ad got accepted and marked ellgible...up untill now ad is still green just not going through for payment problem....
his account being suspended for payment issues is something that seems not his responsibility ,total ripper...total scammer..not even supplying his own accounts he buying them from someone and has to wait 24hours to get an answer when we raise a concern.....obviously the supplier doesnt want to refund so he acts like its not his responisbility......bad business scammer behaviour
