Food Delivery Gig Apps

*I'm not exactly sure where to place this thread, I trust some staff member to move it into the correct section.

I'm pretty sure there are some members with interest in the current food delivery Gigs out there such as DoorDash, UberEats, SkipTheDishes....

I know there are lots of Facebook based groups discussing their shifts, finance, and the stress level of low order volume, and low tips.

it it possible to "decrypt" such driver apps in order to view more technical details of how exactly the system is running?

Perhaps a glitch to edit "a little something something" in order to increase order volume?

I know they currently show "a hotspot map"... but most of the time you sit there for a long period until you get something.

Such a glitch would cost the company dearly, probably in the 7-8 figure range and so even if something like this exists or is made, it would be available so readily. If I had something like this, I would not disclose it to others.

There are existing Apps that lets drivers connect their DoorDash, and UberEats accounts and suto accepts / rejects certain orders that you set no less than $5, or no more than 10km for example.

I'm not trying to encourage "hacking", but rather utilizing their API to further benefit driver shift.

Is it possible to state a reason please?

Thanks,

If this could be done then you would hear about it prominently already, also the company would catch on pretty quickly and work to remedy the situation

I remember there was a glitch with Uber Eats where people could get $100s of free food and eventually Uber found out and charged the customers for the fraudulent orders and they ended up being thousands of dollars in debt to them
