I'm just interested to know what are the common websites that send out bills with a link to pay by card. Please let me know!

This really depends on the provider. Here in Denmark, all of those are automatically charged from the bank account.

However, from a webmaster perspective, I can say that many WHMCS sites, for some reason haven’t configured support for automatic charges.
And their emails always just contains a invoice and a link to pay.
