Is the DatAshur Pro USB stick secure?

I purchased a: iStorage datAshur PRO 4 GB | Encrypted USB Memory Stick | FIPS 140-2 Level 3 Certified | Password protected | Dust/Water Resistant

I find myself wondering how secure it actually is? Do you think the government has a backdoor built in? Or can I assume it can maintain security of my information even against the government?

At the moment I am allowing the drive to secure everything I am saving on it. But I have been considering the idea of encrypting the information using PGP keys to make it even more secure. It's just that doing so requires extra effort. But there are certain things which might demand that effort if the government could indeed read the drive without any problem.

Just curious what others thoughts are on this subject?

Thank you in advance for your time.

Fathership out.
It's secure. Most people will already be completely fine using a typical flash drive with BitLocker or VeraCrypt.
