It’s been a month and I haven’t received anything.
At first everything was fine but the results are not great. Not being able to change the size of the header is a problem.
There is no team of seo professionals or web designers everything is made by the author of the post.
I’ve paid the half of the agreed amount from the first day and waiting.

Not sure if he explained this to you but if you are complaining results with SEO you will see results as the ''months'' go by since thats how search engines work. It can feel like a complete ghost town until month 12 ''IF'' done correctly. Assuming he ranked you for keywords since SEO can mean 100 different things. For example offpage SEO will be backlinks.
Not defending anyone here but i will say this finding a good SEO agency is not easy to come by and will take trial and error finding a team that takes the best approach.
