I would like to know how the best hackers never get caught and how some hackers get caught. I searched online and on HF and i found some stuff, read them still gives you the basic and tells you use proxies, use vpns, mac randomization etc.. But they are all outdated because they were posted in 2013 or some. If so the best hackers that are responsible for major attacks use vpns and proxies which ones do they? And if they don't, what methods do they use for staying anonymous? Anyway
could you tell me if there is some good intel out there or you tell me what do they do to stay anonymous?
