User seems to be a serial scammer according to some old threads: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?ti...ht=funtela Honestly shouldve expected getting scammed dealing on HF after years. Anyways I know for a fact my gift code was unredeemed before I sent it to him but he claims it's already redeemed. I asked for a screenrecord as proof it's not on his account and no reply for 2 days.

Idk why he thinks people would be stupid enough to fall for this, but my gift card was from a very legit source. I got it through email from selling stuff on reddit. I will link everything below:

I gave him benefit of doubt until I searched up previous scam reports now I'm 100% sure he's a scammer. And now wants to wait this thing out probably. Putting this out here so people can be aware. He should be banned considering how many people he's scammed.

GC or any redemption deals are always little risky. Like there is no way to prove exactly who to blame unless the handing over & redemption is done live. Even if you show the proof of unredeemed code before sending it to him, there is no way to prove who redeemed it from that point forward.

But yeah, for 25$, No one would think that. Hope this gets resolved.

Yes i know it's tricky. But hes literally done the same thing to many people before, mostly new users. Really my fault for not checking uid before but haven't been active for years lol
