What will be the true impact of AI

Do you guys think AI will have an overwhelming impact on the daily tasks we do? Are yall open to something along the lines of even a smart mirror that has AI built in that picks out your outfit for the day. You know, "Weather is warm but cloudy, It'll be a nice day for a green shirt with khaki shorts." Type thing. How much of our daily lives will we be mindless for?
AI + Robotics = 90% job loss imo

AI cars/drones = bye taxi/uber/doordash/etc
AI robots = bye fast food workers, entitled waiters
large 3D printers = bye construction/factory workers

As far as software, AI is getting good at that too. So entry level programmers might be gone.

People are going to get slapped in their face and hopefully wake up, if not, that slap is just going to R.I.P you. Natural selection cycles are a part of history, this is nothing new.

All I can say is just make sure you own what AI will eventually want, and that is Bitcoin.
I buy Amazon Gift Cards & Crypto for CashApp. PM me if you're selling
The increase of tiktok influencers due to lack of real jobs
ai for us dying people will be very limited, they alr have applied a lot limitations. the chatgpt AI iq has dropped to near zero now, before it could solve complex math problems but now is at the same stage with my stupid brains.

i think the rich will continue using AI to dominate trading, and other high profit things. blackrock already uses and has been using the trading AI for years
AI will be bad in a lot of ways, but good in a lot too. I'm just looking forward to the AI female of the future LOL!
AI half and half bums me out and gets me excited. I think it could lead to a lot of great things for commoners if we play our cards right, but then again I do think it may take some jobs to an extent.
As a seasoned detective in the Special Victims Unit, you might not immediately think my line of work has much to do with artificial intelligence. And you'd be mostly right - after all, my daily grind involves interviewing victims and suspects, gathering evidence, and seeking justice, not writing algorithms or developing machine learning models.

However, I can't ignore the increasing influence of AI in our society. From aiding in investigations through facial recognition and predictive analytics to even potentially profiling criminals, the potential of AI in law enforcement is enormous. The speed and accuracy that AI can offer in analyzing vast amounts of data could revolutionize the way we work, enabling us to solve cases faster and with greater precision. But as with any powerful tool, there are significant ethical implications that must be considered. The balance between privacy and security is a delicate one. AI has the potential to infringe on civil liberties if not used responsibly and transparently.

Moreover, AI, like any technology, can be misused or manipulated, leading to potential miscarriages of justice. As I see it, AI is a double-edged sword - a tool that can either greatly assist or seriously harm, depending on how it's used. It's our responsibility, as members of society and as law enforcement officers, to ensure that this technology is used in a way that respects individual rights, upholds justice, and contributes positively to society.

That's my two cents as a detective. I'd love to hear your perspectives, whether you're an AI enthusiast, skeptic, or somewhere in between.

Manual labor will be the jobs that are most sought after in our generation.

  • Construction
  • Doordashing or delivery related services

This is why I think the developers behind Bart/ChatGPT (and the CEO's of said parent-companies) are trying to stop potential threat-actors from maliciously using there tools; at the end of the day, black-hat hackers always will be 10 steps ahead of these corporate companies, however, they have more capital than threat actors.

This is my opinion, getting into something non-IT is probably the best way to make money for this generation, however, people will become Wage Slaves continuing to pursue CS/IT related degrees and work a decade in an office before they end up getting to where they want; spending there teens, and twenties, making money, just to get married, just to get cheated on.

Niceeeee , thanks for this info
i think AI will make the jobs more comfortable but it won't take your place at all , AI can't do smart hard workers job at all , AI can't develop program based on his own idea " that's impossible based on what i learned " so there will be always need for programmers/developers even for the AI tech it self it can't be more advanced without human part
AI is based on history, so eventually humans who takes advantage of AI capabilities and which are willing to take risks and think ahead, will have a good chance of becoming succesfull.

I wonder how quickly things will get developed. I surely hope that whatever comes of AI, is used for good.
I honestly think ai will consume the market they’re becoming to easy to make and gain and control so much of the internet as is, it’s not going to be the end of the world but like expect online traffic and buying things to be a real headache
Well even if its very useful these days i am afraid of it in the future because the movie terminator its our future reality .So AI will be able to think by himself and why not to try to eliminate people
I utilize chatGPT literally every single day. Besides work, it helps with my schedule, my shopping lists, my workouts, goal tracking, diet tracking, and discussing and internalizing the books I am reading. As it advances more I'm certain it will become the norm to use it every day. I don't want to be too speculative, but as it gets better and adds new features and more accessibility, there's no way it doesn't become a common household tool.
Currently its helping to boost my productivity , chat gpt gives gives suggestion which can be applied to my code base
