So I need a spoofer or exploit that make my outlook to see the .html file attached like a .jpg file but open it as .html

You are not going to directly attach a malicious file to an email in 2023. This is just not going to work.

Thank you for your advice! A file .html is not malicious..and if the outlook will see it as .jpg will be perfect.
