I have SONY SA-CS9 115 watt active subwoofer. I don't know how to I connect it to my TV.

The SA-CS9 subwoofer does not have a built-in receiver or audio processing capabilities, so you'll need to make sure your TV has the appropriate outputs to connect to the subwoofer.
