What are some of your personal favorite payment methods for customers to pay and how do you keep them as anonymous as possible?

I don't know about "convincing", but https://switchere.com is great for paying in crypto.

That's all I accept. They don't like it they can go somewhere else.

I used PayPal in the past and they disputed charges against me, same with Stripe. People made a bunch of purchases with Stripe and then the cardholders reported them as fraudulent and I lost.

Isn't this only if you "scam" them. If you continue to deliver, do they still charge back?

Amazon Gift cards are a pretty decent way to go about this.

However be prepared to take a 20-30% cut when exchanging them.
