Im planning on opening (copying) a Hentai Website and add a few ads
my questions are:
1.Which Program is the best to copy a Website and host it
2.How are the laws about this? Does someone have experience maybe on hosting a manga or streaming platform himself?
Is it legal as long you are just providing the link not store or host any files?

1. There's multiple ways to go about this, if you're planning on copying keep in mind that you will only be able to copy the front-end part of the website, the aspect as to say and you won't have any back-end options that the original website does. I recommend instead to put up a Wordpress, get a nice looking theme and use plugins required for a video hosting website.

As for software, I always used "httrack" for such things and it worked pretty good for me.

2. Use a DMCA ignored web hosting, something offshore that you should find that on the marketplace here in the web hosting section, then you shouldn't have any issues at all.

That's based on your ads provider, some might not even accept your DMCA breaking content so you will have to find someone who does. Police won't knock on your door unless you're gaining huge amounts of money. Eitherway, I wouldn't use my bank account to cash out, try to find some ad provider that has various payout methods, maybe someone using crypto and that way you can be sure you won't get into any trouble whatsoever even if you cash out a lot of money.

Illegal or not, depends where you are located but eitherway the police wouldn't knock on the door because they are not wasting resources for small amounts of money and insignificant things for them such a hentai website.
