For me it's COD, I used to play local multiplayer COD every single day when I was younger with my friends and I remember having an absolute blast, but as I got older I found myself avoiding COD due to not having a competitive nature and not being as interested
I still like COD games to a degree, I play the story modes when I can but I can't ever see myself getting into it like I was before
I'd say it'd have to be CS:S and CSGO, used to play religiously when I was younger. At one point I had even joined up with a team playing competitively. Sadly, life happens and as I got older there just wasn't enough time. Still look back on those memories fondly though.

Sounds like it was awesome, I'm glad you can look back fondly on those times 😁
Metal Gear Solid 4 back on the PS3.
Online mode was insanely good (a bit confusing at first to even play the game online). But that feeling will never come back.

I didn't even know MGS4 had an online mode, I hope you can find something that good again one day and it's great ✌

You have to check it out. It's probably down now (other than someone else hosting servers somehow).
But here's a random TDM video I found.

It looks like it was amazing, I ended up watching the whole thing through cause it looked so damn fun haha
I really loved the map design, the UI, how you can pick your own music
It feels like it's genuinely apart of the MGS universe also, the part with the magazine stopping the guards made me crack up
It just looks fun, I bet it was even greater playing it! Thanks for showing me this btw, it was a cool watch 👍

I have to agree with you and say COD is the game for me as well.
I used to play local and online multiplayer ALL the time! My friends and I would hop on together every single day after school, I made multiple accounts on the original MW2, one being a knife only profile, pulling ninja-diffuses on World at War, etc...
I grew out of Call of Duty because it used to bring out this rage inside me (CoD Rage) and make me an absolute terror of a person. I too enjoy the story modes occasionally still, but that's because I'm a whore for PlayStation Trophies.
Team Fortress 2 - it got however ruined by the trade feature and all the random trade invites that got spammed. Sure, I traded too so didn't want to disable the trade feature, but, there was trade servers and then normal servers...
I was so addicted to that game, which I stumbled upon by accident. The only reason why I bought it, was because it was on sale for 80%. I probably have around 1000 hours on that game and I had to install mods to have higher difficulties, since the hardest difficulty became too easy for me.
But yea, I started playing it less and less and I haven't touched the game in probably over 2 months.
Runescape and WoW. All my buddies in school would be playing it and we would get together and do quests and PvP on weekends. After high school I got into WoW and got into an awesome guild. What really kept me in both games was the community. Been looking to get back into Runescape again though.
