Nah you won't be able to find any real ones. Report it to the police.
nah, cops are a no go for a couple differemt reasons
None of them will work, You'd need somebody who works at the carrier...
Only a phone carrier would be able to track the IMEI. That's if it wasn't resold to another person. Otherwise police is your last resort. If that isn't an option then I would take the L and continue on with business. Losses happen, at least she's okay and not harmed
No signature required.
As others have already stated, I don't think there are any IMEI trackers that would actually work. You'd have to contact the carrier which I'm sure would be a process to even get them to attempt to do it. Otherwise simply just contact the police and report it as stolen. Maybe they are able to get the carrier to track it quicker?

Report the phone as stolen to the manufactuer and have their IMEI blocked and the phone bricked. If you do get the phone back you can unblock the IMEI the same way.
If you yourself are doing something illegal to acquire these phones (Which I assume you are) you're shit out of luck and got played. Game meets Game, and you lost.

Call them or insurance is gone
Like Joel said, it's best to report the IMEI to the manufacturer as stolen so their IMEI gets blocked. Apart from that - cops

if I must elaborate what my couple reasons are is her boyfriend is a manager at fedex and a couple iphones dont make it to the store, victimless crime.
also my whole family is is apart of a 1%er MC sooo we just dont call the cops.
Let me add, "Sister and her boyfriend". Not your boy

I agree. If it was a legit phone you could use a service like we have here in Canada

Seeing as how the phones where acquired I'd say eat the loss and take it as a lesson. Invest in a counterfeit bill detector, and always check the bills. She should of waited until the regular customer came back.
