I have some common knowledge on coding languages like Python & Java but what is the best way to learn using those as tools for all the stuff on this website like botnets etc..?

Pick a process and develop that tidbit of code. For example: write a python script to bind a .exe to another .exe and have both executed when ran. This will help transition you into building crypters and RAT software.

Though I'm not experienced in this field, most of these things seem like they could be done in python (I have a feeling C++ would make this particular journey easier though).
