Honestly, I don't really game that much lately. My interest in gaming has also gone down.
In regards for safety, I would of course use a HF contract system, which can be disputed anytime if something were to happen. I also don't want to ruin my HF account for that kind of money anyway, will probably use this forum for a long time as well.
After sale, you can switch mails, passwords and even use a 2FA for the account.
