Wordpress is actually on GitHub. The basic directory tree can be found there: https://github.com/wordpress/wordpress

Coming from the Wordpress Documentation, these are the dependencies:

• PHP 7.4 onwards
  
• Non-EOL MySQL or MariaDB
  
• Apache or Nginx with mod_ssl and mod_rewrite
