Robert Thompson has never been charged with another crime unlike Jon Venables. So he was released and has kept his one new identity and has come out as gay and has been in a very long term relationship with a man who knows his true identity.

Jon Venables on the other hand has had to have five identities because he gets drunk and tells people and they found 57 child porn images the first time, and then over a 1000 the second time and he's also been arrested for drunken brawls and whatever. Even at ten he was more worried about people calling him a "nonce" than being a murderer. So weird like he knew he was a pedo at ten and they tried to downplay the sexual abuse that James suffered at the time but they took his pants off and inserted triple A batteries. I suppose Venables had probably been assaulted before age 10 to be that way.

I think he also stabbed someone in the hand with a compass at school when he was 9 and yet the media seemed to believe him over Thompson at the time and made out like Robert was the ringleader when looking at everything since it seems like Venables was probably the one whose idea it was.

They both tried to blame each other as much as possible and the media believed Venables at the time, but evidence shows they both attacked the toddler a lot.
