What are some of the biggest challenges you've overcome or are facing right now? Right now I am really struggling to find a full time job after I got myself fired about a month ago. I’m in the talks with FedEX delivery drivers so maybe that’s my path for now!

The biggest challenge I ever faced in life was breaking out of a life of drug and alcohol addiction. I nearly lost everything due to my addictions and it has taken a long ass time to rebuild myself and my life.

Hope things work out with FedEx OP! FedEx drivers make pretty decent money along with good benefits, don't they?

Currently my biggest challenge is getting use to this job change. I changed fields after 12 years and it's been so difficult to get used to. I'm the type that obsessing over my career and I just don't feel like I'm doing a great job. I feel like there's so much more to learn and it's been overwhelming. Despite the feelings, I have been at it for a year now without being fired or written up so that's a good note.
