Take it up with hackerone if a listed company is hassling you. They will in fact look into remove them from the platform if they are abusing it.

I've never ran into issues with bounties on H1. Check if it's managed by H1 and they'll pursue if it goes on too long. You can even reply and "nudge" the company.

Perhaps you're just being impatient?
