I have played RuneScape forever, I have taken massive breaks from time to time and somehow I always get the itch to get back into RuneScape. I made the switch to RS3 when it came out because I didn't want to start over and I was just getting back into RuneScape so I was not down for another insane grind. In the last month I made the switch over to Old School RuneScape and while it's been a grind I've actually enjoyed it a lot. A lot of nostalgia playing these quests again and whatnot.

But here's the question, if you play RuneScape. Which is better. OSRS or RS3?

I prefer OSRS. I do hop on RS3 and do my protein logs and dailys but I don't actually play outside of that.

OSRS all the way. When I start to play RS3 I start thinking to myself "Why am I playing this when I could be playing ___", but I never feel like that on old school.

I still play OSRS all the time.

Made the switch to an Ironman and it made the game much more enjoyable.
Tried out RS3 and it's just jam packed with a decade of updates that kill off other content that used to be viable and fun.

I've played a bit of both back in the day and about a year ago I've decided to restart OSRS, this time with an Ironman account. I've played a bunch and even got to 99 Firemaking on the account, I absolutely love the thrill of having to get your own items and grind for them before being able to continue with quests etc..

I've recently had my membership expire so I haven't played in about two months, but you never really quit OSRS now do you..

I only play RS3, mainly because it's where I have the most progress. Working on 200M all. I hop onto OSRS every so often though.
