I'd probably put it into Bitcoin while I waited for the housing market to settle and the interest rates to go back down. Possibility if I found the right house I would buy it out right and make sure it was 100% paid off. But most likely I'd put it into Bitcoin.

I would ensure that any debts my family have are paid of in full. I'd also then make sure they never needed to worry about bills again.
Anything left over, I'd go 50/50 on investing it into my future, and enjoying the present.
