Epic Games account was hacked. 2FA email was put in spam. Epic customer support will only send verifications to the new email and won't do jack shit. I have the username of the account that had its name changed. Is there anything I can do or is it over.😭

I'm sorry to hear about your situation.

You can try contacting epic games support again. Sometimes, persistence pays off. Sometimes, there are alternative support channels or escalation paths available.

Consider reaching out to Epic Games via platforms like Twitter or Facebook, explaining your situation and politely asking for assistance.

If you believe your account was compromised due to negligence or security flaws on Epic Games' part, you may consider filing a complaint with consumer protection agencies or relevant authorities in your jurisdiction.

While you work to regain access to your Epic Games account, make sure to secure your other online accounts by enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and using strong, unique passwords.

Unfortunately, there's no guaranteed solution, but hopefully, one of these steps will help you regain access to your account or get the assistance you need from Epic Games.

Not sure if this will work at all tbh.
They'll just hit op with something like; it was your account, and we constantly remind people to activate 2fa.

You have to message the support, they usually ask for proof of payment, try with them
