Before we begin, I have to inform you that this method only works with android users. so no IOS users.
first you gonna install the app "honista" as en apk from google
(the app is not open source but if you extract the app you can see the code, it's safe)
login with your instgram account
the app have plenty of features like :

and most importantly it keep logs of any deleted messages/pictures Been sent to you. keep in mind that you can't see the deleted messages that you had before downloading the app
