I used to have a tool back in the day called ShoutCord that was made by a friend of mine who is no longer active.

I've been trying to find something similar ever since. Any suggestions?

it's possible by reverse engineering the discord api.

I currently connect to their websocket feed (built for bots) but as a user account for read purposes. So I'm pretty sure I am not far off from being able to send write requests.

What's your budget? I'm incredibly busy but reckon I can get this done in a weekend.
