how are these software companies providers able to get keys ?

Hey I was curious to see how many people are selling game and software keys online at fractions of price

For example I had bought keys from https://glamtechenterprises.com/product/..._0QAvD_BwE this guy, and its selling a fraction of original price and the key worked, how are sellers like this acquiring the inventory? I do not think its carded since they are selling like 10k of these per month.

They are likely raped and redeemed from EDU emails other Microsoft developer programs.

About MSDN or TechNet Product Keys. They are genuine Microsoft product keys, they are actually retail licenses, but it is intended for a particular product channel either the Microsoft Software Developer Network (MSDN) or TechNet for IT Professionals who pay a subscription fee.

Eventually the organization/school/business responsible for generating all these keys gets removed from the program for abuse and all those keys turn invalid.

There was guides on creating fake startups and applying to Microsoft but this was 2012 and I think it got a lot harder to get into. Microsoft don't like fraud even thought they can print the keys for no cost.
