It depends.
Viruses and RATs are both malware. Malware is a category of programs (software) with malicious intent : mal(icious)(soft)ware = malware. Sending malware to infect computer can be considered as beginner, as there is nothing too technical. You just need to find a way to spread your malware. RATs are more advanced to use because you need to setup a C2 server to control it, and also be more cautious regarding your anonimity by using proxies and stuff, so you also need to understand what are ports, how IP addresses work (private, public, ipv4, ipv6, and so on). https://nehrunayak.medium.com/intro-to-c...6e5299c273 Now there is another category which is "malware programming". You need advanced skills in programming for it. You can start with Python when you begin, but if you want to create effective malware you usually need to go through C/C++. You can learn more about it here : https://maldevacademy.com/ However, be aware that dealing with malware can also be dangerous for you. Besides, it's illegal. If you're interested by this field keep in your mind that cybersecurity pays well.
Learning hacking is not that easy, it's a long path. Besides, if you plan to be involved into hacktivism be aware that there are high risks for you, especially if you are a beginner and if you don't know what you're doing and how to protect yourself.
Start here to get an idea of what is hacking : https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=6263412 (Apr 21, 2024 07:31 PM)Bastille Wrote: Learning hacking is not that easy, it's a long path. Well I use other peoples devices remotely in a way that has yet to be discovered so I know a thing or two
So you're using like a "0-day" exploit, but you don't know the differences between malware, virus, RAT and phishing ?
When you say "people"s devices" you mean like random people ? You talk about fighting for what seems to be just causes, but you use computers of innocent people? |
