Here is my vouch review.

About this product I can personally say it worked 100% for the purpose I should use it for. This is actually my first time using proxy/SOCKS5, so I had no clue where to start. ELP4P4 was supporting me from the beggining to the end, and helped me through the setup within minutes.

There was one little issue, but he fixed it fast and it worked way better after. I will for sure be a custumer, and are happy he gave me the oppurtunity to test it before buying.

Here is my first vouch review on HF (at least I think it is).
There are two versions available:
a) rotating residential socks IP (from here on out V(ictim)Socks), so that you get a new IP every minute or in even less time than that
b) static Vsocks IP, which I prefer for my work but unfortunately wasn't able to test this time around, just version a
both come either in HTTP or Socks5 Format, maybe more if you ask the Host
(I tested Socks5 only trough Proxifier [Standard Edition; v4.05; x64] only).

And again there are two versions available - random IP WW (my first one was Taiwan I think and it was pretty slow)
or GEO-targeted via two-letter Country-Code (e.g. US;DE;FR;IT;AR; etc.) so you only get random or static IPs from that country,
which worked fine for me testing both the US and DE versions.

TO order - after initiating a contract with the seller ELP4P4 - you will have to go to the website PROXINEX .io which will first forward you to the projects DC-Server (they also have Telegram, but I didn't check it out).

Personally I think that the price by traffic is a neat idea and that the price of 2$/1GB
(or even as low as 1.8$/GB if you add 90$ or more for over 50GB volume) is pretty low 🤑,
so you'll get at least a B maybe an A for price2performance-ratio from me.
Suggestion: Maybe add monthly or yearly flatrate like 100$ for full year or 180 days so you can set and forget. Or could do 10gb daily limit etc.

My DE Socks worked well and were fast, especially the upload speed almost equal to download speed was impressive.

I had two small problems where I lost connection once for a few minutes, and later where my bandwith was supposedly still at 0.3gb remaining but then a minute later suddenly disappeared to 0, even though I didn't do anything.
Though both of those could be fully my fault, like VPN in background temporarily disconnecting or some program updating in the background etc.
If there are a few small bugs left I'm sure OP will fix them and polish the service.

I got a vouch copy of 500MB and I think even if Vouch copies on HF are over, you can still get a smaller vouch copy from the automated Discord Bot of 100MB
to test the service before you buy and see if it works with your setup and fulfills your needs, so no one has to buy a pig in the poke, which I like.
You get a link where you can check the remainder of your bandwith, which is proxinex io/traffic/PutYourIDHere [or you can also use a DC-Bot-Command].

which wasn't that good and stable, but keep in mind I was also using an unrelated VPN in the background the entire time of use,
so it will skew the results to the negative.


The IPs weren't detected as public Proxies, due to them being of residential nature.

(some flatrate would be nice, since you may watch a youtube video, or forget that you're downloading a movie in the background and then suddenly use way more bandwith than you thought you would need for just checking Logs or doing other non-ressource intensive tasks)

I was able to get a vouch copy, so here's my review.
The proxies seem to be in good shape, with no blacklists, as well as they have a pretty reliable connection, not a single proxy died out on me.
Regions and countries would need a bit of work, the selection of them as well.
Considering these are proxies and not vpn's the speed is great and the price is pretty average.
Would need to work on a website to make it more "user-friendly"
However, the proxies checked all my required boxes and I'm currently working on using them.
Rating 4/5 due to the cons mentioned above.
