Can somoene recommend me way how to host my rat client. I need to get some direct link but all hosting sites block my file and than is not possible to spread.

or how can I self host this file? Or any good direct host for that?

I think what you just need is basically a bullet proof VPS and way to port forward your RAT from client to VPS to your machine. Make sure to use a VPN as well or maybe use public wifi whenever you do this to cover your ass.
