I've built a program in Python, used nuitka to convert it to C in order to distribute and sell it. The program is basically a bot for a game I used to play. I've used some free tools for anti-debug, junk code, obfuscation and finally nuitka to make it harder to reverse engineer. Altho it took time, someone eventually cracked it and now I wanna try and enhance its protection before moving everything to server side as a final option. Is there any crypter or free software I could use to encrypt the final .exe after using nuitka or maybe even before running nuitka on my Python code? I appreciate any tips, thank you very much.

Post makes no sense, for preventing crack, you need to look for good obfuscators(private/exotic ones) not crypter is generally made for bypassing AVs.
One thing you can do is after compiling to .exe with nuitka, obfuscate the result native file with any commercial Protector like obsidium, Themida, VMP etc... And implementing server-sided codebase is always good, do it.

anything which is not server sided will be cracked, matter of time, don't bother. Instead code your shit with server in mind.
